This privacy policy applies to the FlowSketch app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AlefaLab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

## Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

* Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
* Access to your device's Camera for capturing reference photos and AR drawing (Photos are processed locally only).
* Access to your device's Storage for saving and exporting your artworks.
* The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
* The operating system you use on your mobile device.
* Advertising ID (for personalized advertisements).

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. 

### Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies

The Application utilizes on-device Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies (such as MediaPipe and Stable Diffusion) to facilitate image generation and artistic processing. All AI-related image processing is performed locally on your mobile device. To provide high-fidelity AI features, the Application may download AI models over the internet; we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection for these downloads.

## Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. To request account deletion, please send an email to [support@alefalabapp.com](mailto:support@alefalabapp.com) with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and permanently delete your personal information, saved artworks (if stored remotely), and account credentials from our servers within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).

## Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

## Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like them to delete data you have provided, please contact them at [support@alefalabapp.com](mailto:support@alefalabapp.com).

## Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it.
