This privacy policy applies to the Flowlytics app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by AlefaLab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

## Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

* Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
* Internet access for optional cloud features, updates, and analytics.
* The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
* The operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

### Financial Data Processing

The Application enables you to record and analyze your business financial information including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and related transaction data. All financial data you enter is stored locally on your mobile device. Your financial information is not uploaded to any external server without your explicit action.

### AI-Powered Forecasting

The Application uses AI-powered analytics and forecasting to provide insights on your business performance, cash runway, and profit trajectory. All analysis is performed on your business data entered within the Application and is processed locally on your device. Your financial data is not shared with third-party AI services.

### Data Export and Portability

The Application provides full data portability through export features in multiple formats including CSV and Excel. When you export your data, the resulting files are saved to your device's storage under your control. You choose if, when, and where to share these files.

## Account Deletion and Data Removal

As all financial data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the Application will remove all associated data from your device. If you have exported data to other locations (cloud drives, email, etc.), you are responsible for managing those copies.

## Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

## Data Retention Policy

All financial and business data you enter is retained locally on your device for as long as you use the Application. Uninstalling the Application will permanently remove all data stored by the Application on your device. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you wish to retain a backup.

## Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it.

## Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
